Amit Gandhe
With nearly two decades leading environmental projects across Singapore, the Middle East, and beyond, I have built a strong blend of skills in infrastructure engineering, business development, project management, and engineering leadership. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded and delivered multimillion-dollar water infrastructure projects across diverse global regions. Each project reflects my commitment to creating lasting change, driving sustainable innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet the unique needs of each community and help protect our environment for the future.
Holding key roles in both EPCM and consultancy, where I led smart city and urban infrastructure projects for emerging iconic cities, has deepened my approach. This combined expertise in EPCM and consultancy is foundational to SIEC’s strategy, empowering us to manage projects holistically—from initial feasibility through to final execution.
In many projects, I noticed a concerning trend: consultants delivered extraordinary sustainable, innovative, and futuristic ideas with transformative potential, yet many were lost amid organizational policies, budget constraints, competing corporate priorities, and a lack of awareness of the positive sides of transformation.
Additionally, there was often a lack of conviction about the long-term benefits of these initiatives, leading to missed opportunities for impactful change that could truly benefit communities and the environment.
SIEC was born from the need for a company that could turn these visionary ideas into reality. We’re committed to bridging the gap between inspiration and practical implementation, ensuring that our solutions have tangible environmental and societal impact.
